The candlelit restaurant at The Haylie Hotel arguably offers the finest views over the River Clyde of any restaurant in the area. Its stylish candlelit sophistication make it a favourite for many of our loyal customers who return time and time again to enjoy the fresh produce available and the fine dining experience.

The a la carte menu offers up a feast of delights to suit every palate, from the finest langoustines to a succulent steak, cooked to your preference and served with fresh vegetables to a selection of vegetarian options.

The Haylie Hotel offers a wine list that reads like a map of the world, with wines from around the globe to suit the most discerning tastes. Priced attractively from £12 to £36 every taste and budget is catered for.

The restaurant is open Six nights per week, Monday to Saturday, from 5pm onwards. On Sundays the restaurant is closed, although bookings can still be made, either in person or by telephone.
